Ms. Juliana Prince is an accomplished education leader with more than 28 years of experience in the education sector. Her career spans school leadership, academic administration, and institutional management, giving her extensive expertise in driving academic excellence, supporting teacher development, promoting student well-being, and fostering holistic education. She began her professional journey as a Mathematics educator and gradually moved into senior leadership roles within schools.

She served as the Founder Principal of Vidyashilp School, Bagalur, where she played an important role in establishing the institution and successfully guiding it through the ICSE affiliation process. Prior to this, as Principal of First Steps, Jakkur, she successfully led the school through the CBSE affiliation process. Her professional experience also includes serving as the Head of the Mathematics Department at Vidyaniketan School, Hebbal.

Ms. Juliana Prince holds an M.Sc., B.Ed., and B.Sc., and is a Gold Medalist in B.Ed. She has also completed a certification in Cambridge International Examinations. Her core strengths include academic leadership, curriculum development, faculty mentoring, school operations, regulatory compliance, and creating a positive, collaborative, and student-focused school culture.
