Nagar has once again made its mark on the national stage, as its students delivered outstanding performances at the CISCE National Level Throwball Competition held in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu. The tournament witnessed the school’s young athletes competing with remarkable skill, determination, and teamwork bringing home medals that the entire Presidency family can be proud of.
Under-14 Category: Gold Medal Glory
The Under-14 team put up a commanding performance throughout the tournament, culminating in a well-deserved Gold Medal victory over Uttar Pradesh. Led brilliantly by captain Pushkara, and supported by teammates Inaya, Aleena, Yasti, and Anushka all representing the Karnataka Team — the squad demonstrated exceptional coordination, athletic ability, and a winning spirit that set them apart from the competition.
Under-17 Category: Silver Medal Finish
The Under-17 team matched their juniors’ brilliance with a spirited campaign of their own, ultimately clinching the Silver Medal after a hard-fought final against Maharashtra. Punyashree S, Sanvi Mallandira, Dhruthi S, Monisha Jagadish, Keerthana M, and Samskruthi K Reddy, representing the Karnataka Team, showcased fierce determination and composure under pressure qualities that made their runners-up finish a performance to truly celebrate.
