‘EPISTEME 2024’ an enriching residential camp was held at The International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad (IIIT-H) between 20th May 2024 and 2nd June 2024. It was organised by IIIT-Hyderabad and Pravaha Foundation to expose young minds to the right tools by providing a transformative learning experience for ‘Exceptionally Talented’ school students from 4th to 9th Grades. 39 Students participated from all over India. 6 students were from Karnataka. Master Janardhan Krishnan Rajashree of Grade VIII-D was one of the 6 students shortlisted from Karnataka.

The Programme covered the following themes

• Sustainability and Climate Change
• ‘A Trip to T-Works’ – India’s largest fully integrated hardware prototyping centre
• Field Visit – Bansilalpet stepwell
• IoT – Internet of Things (Boot Camp)
• Robotics Boot Camp
• Hackathon (One of the highlights of the program to present tech-based solutions to environmental problems).

Following this, Janardhan secured the First Position in the HACKATHON Competition. We congratulate him on embarking on this journey to being ‘A MAKER, INVENTOR and INNOVATOR’.
